Head Butler
Job Description:
As the Head Butler your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• Checks reservations on daily basis and ensures that all the executive suites are ready prior to guest arrival
• Collaborate with the rest of departments for any VIP arrival or special requests prior to arrival of the guest
• Spot checks executive suites prior to guest arrival to ensure that all suites are prepared accordingly with White Rock Beach Club standards
• Ensure that guests are welcomed, and a Senior Butler present them the facilities and escort them to suites upon arrival
• Assists the VIP guests during their stay, able to operate karaoke facilities, ensuring an unforgettable stay
• Ensure that every VIP’s requests and preferences are delivered and recorded in the data base
• Assists the VIP’s upon departure
• Trains the service staff (6+ staff members)
