General Requirements:
Education:
General education related to hospitality/Hotel/Tourism, on middle and higher management level.
- College Degree in Hospitality/Hotel/Tourism, College for Supervisory level and above position.
- High School graduates in Hospitality/Hotel/Tourism school for Rank & File level position.
Work Experience:
- Minimum at least 2 years experiences within the hotel industry for Managerial level.
Professional Skills:
- Excellent written English and copy-writing skills for Supervisory level and Above.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint for Supervisory and above.
- Experience with several hotel operation systems.
Look & Feel:
- Sportive, socially engaged, ‘Excellent Service’ passionate, easy communicator, convincing and representative professional attitude.
- The ideal Managerial level and above candidate has preferably some pre – opening on local or international experience in a four or five stars chain hotel organization, and must have “space” for further development.
