Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing restaurant operations within budget and to the highest standards.
- Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Good leadership, interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded.
Desired Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with the aim of achieving the target costs, quality and time.
- Fluent in English.
- Team spirit and dynamic.
- Good listening, confident speaking skills and ability to anticipate.
- Highly-Motivated, can work under pressure and able to work as individual and in a team.
