Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing restaurant operations within budget and to the highest standards.
• Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Good leadership, interpersonal skills, guest oriented and service minded.

Desired Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with the aim of achieving the target costs, quality and time.
• Fluent in English.
• Team spirit and dynamic.
• Good listening, confident speaking skills and ability to anticipate.
• Highly-Motivated, can work under pressure and able to work as individual and in a team.
