Skill & Experiences:
- A minimum 2 (two) year experiences and track record at the same position (1-2).
- A minimum 1 (one) year experience and track record at the same position (3-5).
- Strong market analysis, market development, proactive and revenue driven (1-2).
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and proven leadership (1-3).
- Familiar with major PMS system will be an advantage (1-4).
Has good computer skill, (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel & Ms.Powerpoint) (1-4). - Fluent in English both written and spoken (1-4).
- Dynamic personality, proactive and Hands-On leader (1-2).
- High level of customer service (1-3).
- Adequate education background on position apply (preferably) (1-5).
