Room Division Manager

Essential requirement:

• Have minimum 3 years experience in same field position in 4 – 5 star luxury (minimum 200 rooms).
• Positive attitude, young spirit, dynamic, and well presented. Has knowledge of current market trends.
• Have a good management function ability and development program.
• Dynamic, honest, well presented and creative thinking.
• Target oriented, honest and attentive to details.
• Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skill.
• Flexible and creative under pressure.
• Strong leadership skill and motivate team members.
• Know VHP System is advantage.
• Good English and other foreign language ( more preference ).
