Assistant Training & Recruitment Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum two years working experience at the same position at four star hotel
- Have a strong skill in Training, making Training Need Analyst, Create Plan and Budget of Training
- Creatives in develop Training Manuals and assess the Training to service impact
- Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Attractive Communication and Motivated personality
