Job Position:

Branch Operation Manager Central Java & Yogyakarta


– Responsible for managing and coordinating SOPs and processes related to business process flow begins when development needs data is obtained until handover to the operation is completed for each development project
– Responsible for the presence, overtime, turn over, and team development in his/her supervision.
– Responsible for the 5R and K3 workplace
– Coordinate with all related vendors in our Hotel needs (Laundry,amenities), including tender, procurement and payment.
– Coordinate with all Host & Cleaner to make sure all SOPs are processed accordingly.
– Coordinate with Civil & Assembly Team, Engineering Team for simulation pods after handover
– Coordinate with Site Support & Maintenance to manage the hotel repair / maintenance process smoothly


-Willing to work based in Semarang with Frequent Travel
-Proven Experience as Branch Manager in Hotel
-Proven Experience at Pre -opening Hotel project
-Understanding of experience excellence in Hotel Business
-Attention to detail and curiosity obsessed
