Currently we are looking for Training & Audit Manager (Jakarta based) with the following details:
Job Responsibilities:
A. Training
• Create and developed training programs, modules and materials for transactions at Bobobox Pods as follows:
1.For Host: Property Management System (PMS) training, Petty Cash & House Bank handling, Night audit training, Inventory training and other subjects that are related to the host’s job scope.
2. For Cleaner: Cleaner application training, Laundry training, Chemical inventory training, Linen & other asset training and other subjects that are related to the cleaner’s job scope.
• Validate the training material that has been created to the Head of Branch Operations.
• Develop and administer training passport as training progress record of the branch personnel which will be used as performance review contributor.
• Identify and analyze the training need through direct observation during the audit process.
• Gather insights needed from guest review (OTA, google, direct, apps) to develop continuous improvement for branch squad.
• Plan the training budget for yearly, quarterly and monthly basis with approval from the Head of Branch Operations.
• Overview and assist in conducting the training based on the above processes.
• By assistant from Training and Audit Specialist, regularly control and conduct evaluation and assessments for all personnel at Bobobox Branch who have been trained.
B. Audit
• Create and develop audit modules to be used on the quality assurance checking.
• Conduct random audits to pods branches with direct supervision from the Head of Branch Operations.
• Conduct a continuous regular audit to assess the performance of Branch in terms of product and services.
• Set the KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) of the branch and employee of the branch.
• Deliver recommendations, ideas and insights for improvement to the Branch Operation Manager based on audit results.
Requirements:
• Willing to work based in Jakarta with frequent travel to Bobobox branches across the country.
• Hold an undergraduate degree from reputable college or university
• Proven experiences as training manager level at hotel unit/corporate minimum for 2 years
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Good command both written and verbal in English
• Understand the business process in hotel activity
• Attention to detail and curiosity obsessed
• Proficiency in using email and microsoft offices
