Guest Service Officer – Male
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles reservation (system-based) and manage guests’ account.
- Handles and records guest comments and complaints, may refer issues to supervisor when necessary, and relay guests’ messages to respective divisions promptly.
- Provides any tourism information related to apartment’s surroundings.
- Perform any other duties as required and directed by the GS Manager or Management.
- Responsible in performing night audit reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum High School Degree or Diploma from Hotel Management major
- At least 2 years of experience or equivalent
- Good communication in English
- Service-oriented attitude
- Good physical fitness to keep up with daily operation
- Willing to work shift-based
- Can join immediately by March 2023
