Requirements:
• Minimum 3 (three) years of working experience at the same position
• Result oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptive, and innovative approach to operational management
• Strong in financial management and business development perspective
• Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Passionate in people development, and ability to lead the team in delivering excellent service
• Fluent in English communication both spoken & written
