Requirements:

1. F&B Outlet Manager :
•Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience.
•Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards.
•Willingness to develop to a range of different work situations.
•Able to meet financial targets.

2. Banquet Manager :
•Strong knowledge of hotel/leisure/service sector.
•Record of success in Conference and Banqueting operations, specifically the ability to deliver profit, control costs, and build customer loyalty
•Exceptional communication skills
•Exceptional leadership skills to create a winning team
•Conferences and Banqueting Operations experience in a managerial position in hotel/Events Centre.
•Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.

3. F&B/Kitchen Personal Assistant :
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, administration and IT skills.
•Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
•Previous administrative experience in a fast paced environment.
•Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.

4. Food and Beverage Manager :
•Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience.
•Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
•Willingness to develop team members and self.
•Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage standards.
•A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
•Ability to work under pressure and excellent grooming standards.

5. Assistant Executive Housekeeper :
•Positive attitude
•Good Communication skills
•Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
•Excellent grooming standards
•Ability to work on their own or in teams
•Hotel experience
•Experience in a similar position.

6. Housekeeping Supervisor :
•Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role.
•A successful track record of managing a team
•An attention to details.
•Proficiency, preferred, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
•A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
•Strong commumication skills.

7. Executive Lounge Manager:
•Management and/or supervisory Food and Beverage experience.
•Able to meet financial target.
•Able to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards.
•Willingness to develop team members and self.
•Excellent grooming standards.
•Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
•Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.

8. Guest Service Manager:
•Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail sector.
•High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities.
•Experience of managing people and developing people.
•Previous experience of managing a department and Profit and Loss account.
•Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
•Familiar with Property Management Systems.
•Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.

9. Assistant Front Office Manager:
•Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail.
•High level of IT proficiency
•High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
• Accountable and resilient
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Ability to work under pressure
•Excellent grooming standards
•Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

10. Chief Concierge:
•Front office supervisory experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector
•Possess strong commercial awareness and Sales capabilities.
•Excellent leadership skills, inter-personal and communications skills.
•A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
•Excellent grooming standards
•Previous experience working in as a Concierge Supervisor or Head Concierge in a hotel environment.

11. Assistant Security Manager:
•Previous security experience, preferably working within an industry which monitored large volumes of people movement.
•Experience in planning, organizing and enforcing security systems.
•Current and working knowledge (proof of valid qualification required) of fire, safety and first aid.
•Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
•Excellent personal presentation.
•Previous training experience with relevant qualifications.

12. Executive Sous Chef:
•Good communication skills, organizational and planning skills.
•Strong Junior Sous Chef or previous Sous Chef experience.
•Approaches food in a creative way.
•Strong supervisory skills.
•Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
•Excellent planning and organizing skills.
•Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.

13. Pastry Chef:
•Good communication skills, organizational and planning skills.
•A minimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef experience with high volume fod production.
•Approaches pastry in a creative way.
•Strong supervisory skills.
•Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
•Excellent planning and organizing skills.
•A current, valid and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)
•Dedicated to the delivery of exceptional service and continuous improvement.
•Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

14. Chinese Chef:
•Good communication skills, organizational and planning skills.
•Previous, relevant experience as a Chinese Chef in a first class property, required.
•A business focused approach to managing a hotel kitchen.
•Ability to build relationship, internal and external, to the hotel and the Company.
•Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
•A current, valid and relevant trade qualification (proof may be required)
•A creative approach to the production of high quality food.

15. Chief Steward:
•Good communication skills, organizational and planning skills.
•Ability to work on their own or in teams and to work under pressure
•Flexibility to respond to a range of various work situations.
•A passion for building excellent relationship with colleagues.
•Previous experience in supervisory role.
•Experience in hotel/leisure industry.
