Assistant Training Manager [TM]

Requirements:

• Female.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Psychology/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Capable in empowering and conducting soft and hard skill training.
• Having good performance & pleasant personalities.
• Excellent communicator with fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English in both verbal and writing.
• Having at least one year experience in similar position in 3 or 4 stars hotel capacity.
• Having right Attitude towards the roles & responsibilities
• Able to create positive and effective working relationship employee & management.
• Helps meet the department’s quantitative targets through his/her training efforts.
