– To operate table reservations system effectively in order
to control the flow of guests in the restaurant, and ensure maximum turn-over
and revenue
– Provide excelent service in assisting guests to table and seat them only if the table is fully set up to gain more turn over and revenue
– To ensure that the reception desk and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times, including menu maintenance as per standard
– Operate a legible and up-to-date reservations book or sytem in order to increase cover
4. Reservation Manager.
– Min 3-5 years experience working in similiar position
– D3 / S1.
– Good Communication.
– Fluent in English and Bahasa.
– Monitor, review and perform reservations from all source (via telephone, email, SynXis (GDS), TravelClick) and send confirmation letter in timely manner.
– Review, monitor and evaluate all reports such as guest Walk In last night, Reservation made yesterday, No Show report last night, Complimentary room handling, VIP’s guest, Guest Arrival Tommorrow and Guest Transportation Service on daily basis.
– Monitor, control and review all the reservation administration in order to ensure all the administration implemented the standard of procedure
5. Restaurant Manager (Japanese)
– Min 3-5 years experience working in similiar position
– D3 / S1
– Good Communication
– Fluent in English and Bahasa
– Ensure that monthly forecast on food & beverage revenue figures is achieved budget monthly to fullfill the F&B target in general.
– Plan and organise monthly inventory, requesitioning of all operating equipment and supplies to maintain the established standard and cost.
– Manage all guest complaints, requests, and inquiries on food, beverage and service to maintan guest satisfaction. Etc.
