Specific Requirements:
- Understanding upscale service & guest expectation.
- Ensuring that rooms activities are aligned with the company strategy and the hotel actions have been implemented where appropriate.
- Having experience in the same position for minimum 1 year in the five-stars hotel.
- Having experience in operating OPERA System.
- Having strong Leadership and Entrepreneurship skill.
