Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is seeking the best and the brightest to fill the following positions:

1. SALES MANAGER

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive or Assistant Manager in hotel operations.
  • Good leadership.
  • Good customer service, communication, problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Excellent in English (both verbal and written).

2. SALES EXECUTIVES.

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Executives in hotel operations.
  • Good understanding of selling techniques and knowledge.
  • Good customer service, communication, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Excellent in English (both verbal and written).

3. RESERVATION SUPERVISOR.

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Reservation Supervisor/Team Leader in larger operations.
  • Good customer service, communication, problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Excellent in English (both verbal and written).

4. ASSISTANT MANAGER FRONT OFFICE.

  • Male.
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader – Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
  • Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
  • Good customer service, communication, problem solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Excellent in English (both verbal and written).

5. PUBLIC RELATIONS.

  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Communications.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Public Relations Manager or Assistant Public Relations Manager.
  • Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must.
  • Excellent in English (verbal).

6. COMMIS.

  • Minimum 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
  • Having basic culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge.

7. FRONT OFFICE CLERK.

  • Minimum 1 year work experience as Front Office Clerk.
  • Good customer service, communication skills.
  • Excellent in English (verbal).
