Mikie Holiday Hotel & Resort Berastagi, Karo, Sumatra Utara – We are hiring:

1. HR Admin

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in psychology, human resources management, or other related field
• Able to operate Microsoft office application
• Having experience in HR Administration (training, recruitment, master data, claim, etc) is an advantage
• Willing to be placed in Berastagi & Medan

2. HR Manager

Qualification::

• Minimum 5 years as HR Manager, Preferably in the Hospitality Industry
• Bachelor degree in psychology/ law or other relevant fields
• Good Personality & appearance, excellent leadership skill with proven coaching, training and mentoring capabilities
  Strong Practical and proven knowledge or recruitment, HR Operational, Compensation and benefit, Industrial and Employee Relation, Familiar with payroll process and strong attention to detail
• Must be able to speak Mandarin and English
• Willing to be placed in Berastagi
