Requirement:
-Max. 30 y/o
-Candidate must possess at least- Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
-At least 1 Year of working experience as Admin HR in hotel.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
-Willing to work overtime if needed
-Hard worker, able to work in a team, and can work under pressure
-Personal effectiveness and credibility
-Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized

Job Description HR Admin:
-Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
-Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts od employment.
-Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with regulation.
-Assist in the recruitment process.
-Liaise with recruitment agencies.
-Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
-Payroll
-Experience handle BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan
