PT KAJA GROUP has partnered with global hospitality company Hakkasan Group to develop a brand-new entertainment and dining lifestyle destination perched on top of the limestone cliffs of Uluwatu, Bali featuring two of Hakkasan Group’s leading brands.

OMNIA Dayclub Bali is the first international brand expansion of the renowned OMNIA Nightclub located in Las Vegas, and the brand’s first venture into day-life entertainment. With an ethos that is framed by nature and seasonality, Sake no Hana is a contemporary luxury Japanese restaurant that originates from London’s St. James Street. OMNIA Dayclub and Sake no Hana will set new standards for entertainment, service and experience within Bali and
beyond.

We are now welcoming applicants to join this unique and exciting project in the following position:

1. GRAPHIC DESIGNER.

We are looking for a fresh and creative Graphic Designer with flawless attention to detail, who is an expert in illustrator as well as all design platforms, preferably with video and animation experience too. Ability to work within a high-pressure environment while maintaining good quality of work within short turn over time is a must. Has to be proficient in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with a wide range of media and using graphic design software.
  • Thinking creatively in developing current design concepts, graphics and layouts within brand guidelines.
  • Prepares and plans concept by studying information and materials given.
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
  • Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
  • Must be able to manage more than one design brief at a time.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven graphic designing experience for at least 3 years.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects and up to date with industry leading software and technologies including (but not limited to) Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Lightroom, Dreamweaver etc.
  • Professionalism regarding time and deadlines.

2. MARKETING ASSISTANT (EVENTS).

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant responsible for coordinating of event marketing & supporting event organisation & management across our properties. An understanding & keen interest in lifestyle trends & strong contacts in the local entertainment & F&B industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation of marketing programs including creative themes and content.
  • Manage budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Maintain facility and event calendars, updating as necessary.
  • Coordinate and monitor event timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Keep inventory of all event materials and to maintain records on event activities, progress, or status
  • Coordinate event logistics including but not limited to; negotiation & liaison with vendors; management of talent logistics; assist with the onsite management of events.
  • Assists in developing and scheduling event staff in accordance with specifications; oversees assigned staff or operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in event organization and/or event marketing.
  • Required to maintain a flexible work schedule in order to coordinate and attend evening and weekend events, maintaining on-call status.
  • Must have good communication skills in presenting ideas and solutions to meet event requirements.
  • Must have negotiation skills to negotiate and to work out prices with clients and contractors.
  • Must be organized and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have problem-solving skills to quickly solve the issues on the spot.
  • General knowledge of supervisory principles.
  • Must be calm under pressure.
  • Smart and well-presented appearance.

3. MARKETING ASSISTANT (DIGITAL).

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant specialist to increase brand awareness and to promote company products and services to drive prospects to conversions by effectively communicating through appropriate online platforms. Need to have the ability to initiate effective online marketing campaigns and to translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns. Ability to adapt at evaluating the needs of the market and understanding how and where to acquire knowledge about consumer trends and demands. Will be responsible for executing the developed strategy used in marketing a company’s product online. Must be up to date with current digital trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
  • Developing an organisation’s multi-channel communication strategy.
  • Social media marketing: Developing a distinct online presence and relationship by attracting high number of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to a website by achieving high-ranking placements in search results.
  • Pay-Per- Click (PPC) campaigns: Sponsored online advertising paid by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results.
  • Affiliate marketing / Digital agencies: Need to be knowledgeable of different affiliates for potential partnerships.
  • Website: Create and upload copy and images for the website (CMS).
  • Dispatch email marketing campaigns.
  • Provide accurate reports and analysis to demonstrate effective ROI.
  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business.
  • Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting.
  • Ability to use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as marketing assistant with minimum of 2 years of experience with the basics of traditional marketing.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Knowing how to plan and having the ability to manage time.
  • Having creative and good presentation skills for data and analysis.
  • Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing PPC and SEM) and CMS knowledge.
  • Know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy.
  • Understand the key measurement tools available.
  • Supporting in developing social presence and advocating the brand effectively.
  • Stay current in marketing trends and news (e.g Google updates, social media platform updates and changes in algorithms).
  • Excellent communication skills, must be proficient in English to be able to do writing for online, website and social media communications.
  • Creative with result focus.
  • Practical experience of the complete range of digital marketing techniques.
