PNK Hotels is looking for the following position for new opening in Bali and Gili Island Lombok.

Position Required:

1. Area GM.

  • Preferable Indonesian citizen but expats are welcome if with local package.
  • Minimum 5 years as GM and with international hotel background.

2. Hotel Manager.

  • Only for Indonesian citizens.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position and preferable with international hotel background.
  • Strong food and beverage operational experience.

3. Chief Accounting.

  • Only for Indonesian citizen.
  • S1 / Diploma 3 from reputable university, majoring accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar position with international hotel background.
  • Good communication skills English and Bahasa.
  • High analytical skills and ability communicate clearly.
  • Have the ability to interact with people with different level effectively.
  • Experience on pre opening team is an advantage.

4. Assistant Human Resources Manager.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position with international hotel background.
  • Enthusiastic, pleasant, outgoing, loyal, honest, flexible, highly responsible and active personality are required.
  • Dynamic personality with proven leadership and managerial skills to develop and motivate a strong team.
  • Having good Interpersonal skill and communication skill.
  • To provide coaching and mentoring to the team in order to improve operative efficiency.
  • Experience on pre opening team is an advantage.

5. Executive Chef.

  • Possibility to be promoted to Area Chef or Chef/Director Of Food And Beverage.
  • Indonesian citizen or expats with local package.
  • 3 years experience in similar position and great level of culinary experience and creativity.
  • Experience on pre opening team is an advantage.

6. Food And Beverage Manager.

  • Indonesian citizen only.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position and must have international hotel experience.
  • Diploma in hotel management or other equivalent degree.
  • Strong in food and beverage costing, able and understand budget, action plan, profit & loss statement
  • Attention to detail about quality of product and service oriented.
  • Experience on pre opening team is an advantage.

7. Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar position with international hotel background.
  • Diploma in hotel management or other equivalent degree.
  • Indonesian citizen only.
  • Having strong leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service.
  • Having good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
  • Experience on pre opening team is an advantage.

8. Front Office Supervisor.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar with international hotel background
  • Diploma 1 in hotel management or other equivalent degree.
  • Familiar with hotel system, good communication skill English a must.
  • Service minded and well groomed.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, team spirit and friendly.
  • Experience on pre opening team is an advantage.

9. Spa Supervisor.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar with international hotel background.
  • Diploma 1 in hotel management or other equivalent degree.
  • Familiar with hotel system, good communication skill English is must.
  • Service minded and well groomed.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, team spirit and friendly.
  • Experience on pre opening team is an advantage.
