Regent Residences Jakarta is currently looking for Candidates for position:

1. Secretary.

• Provide secretarial support to Director of Residences in coordinating the office administrations including submission of reports, filing, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, meeting arrangements and minutes taking, and any other secretarial services required.
• 2 years’ experience in hotels including 1 year in secretary position.
• Well versed in computer working knowledge, good comprehension ability, possess good interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent command in oral and written English and Indonesian.

2. Assistant Front Desk Manager.

• Direct and drive the daily activities in Front Desk administration and operations with the objective to achieve the residence budgeted room revenue and constantly monitor and improve service standards to ensure that all Front Desk services are performed to residence and guest expectations.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Front Office including at least 2 years management experience in international hotels.
• Good oral and written English proficiency. Good oral and written Indonesian proficiency preferred.

3. Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

• Assist to manage the operation of the Housekeeping including Public Area, Spa, and Fitness Center to ensure quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to guests, in line with the company’s business objectives.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Housekeeping function in four or five star hotels including 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Good oral and written English proficiency. Good oral and written Indonesian proficiency preferred.

4. Security Manager.

• Take charge of the safety and firefighting management, keep close contact and assist with police bureau and firefighting bureau, build up and manage security team.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Security management in five star hotel.
• Good oral and written English proficiency. Good oral and written Indonesian proficiency preferred.

5. Spa Manager.

• Supervise the Spa service and operation by conducting regular, spot checks and training to ensure the quality service and standard are met with Residence regulation and guidelines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as wellness supervisor in a four or five star hotel.
• Certification in Life-saving and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation preferred.
• Good oral and written English proficiency. Good oral and written Indonesian proficiency preferred.
