Main Job Description for Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing Manager:
- Creating a Corporate Marketing Plan, including determining targets, strategies, costs and cost / resources required and tailored the needs of existing hotels.
- Doing marketing efforts for Royal Hospitality Management group and also direct sales / promotions especially to domestic markets.
- Improving the performance of each hotel in creating sales system, promotion, standardization and an update database.
- Expanding the market.
- Conducting research on market and competitors.
- Coordinate and increase sales through online or offline channels in all units.
- Coordinate all media, event organizers and business associates for promotional purposes and increase sales.
- Maintains the effectiveness of inventory levels with sales.
- Evaluate sales targets for each hotel unit.
- Implement effective strategies and focus on sales targets.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting related to sales issues to every sales & marketing in each unit.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, clients and vendors.
- Conducting guidance and evaluation on performance and achievement in the sales & marketing division in each unit.
- Develop corporate product or services.

- Have experience in business management, financial planning and supervision.
- Have experience in personnel management including recruitment, evaluation and administration.
- Ensure day-to-day operations well running in each hotel.
- Assisted operational management in each unit in accordance with SOP.

- Develop a corporate work plan.

- Coordinate Food and Beverage activities and operations in the unit.
- Monitor all hotel’s Food and Beverage activities.
- Address unsolved hotel’s problems in F&B.

- Observing the performance of existing projects
- Analyze the profit (or deficit) in existing projects
- See the potential for efficiency, effectiveness and development for company.

- Looking at the potential of available human resources to enable the company’s development from its human ability (cooperation with Human Resource Department)
