Segara Village Hotel has played a significant role in bringing Sanur to the forefront of Bali’s tourism industry,with a formulated their own brand of management through keen observation of what their guests wanted. The property soon became a firm favorite for international travelers as well as visiting dignitaries and government officials.
This new venture featured just 10 bungalows under the name of Segara Village Hotel. It was inspired by Sanur’s unique sense of community. Over the years pioneered some unique hospitality concepts including the launch of a Balinese evening of traditional dance and music.Despite many modern touches to anticipate the needs of seasoned travelers, the hotel still manages to remain true to its Balinese roots.
We are urgently require Candidates to fill these positions as below:
1. Bar Manager.
- Minimum 3 years experience in related position.
- Enthusiastic, pleasant, outgoing, loyal, honest, flexible, highly responsible and active personality are required.
- Dynamic personality with proven leadership & managerial skills to develop and motivate a strong team.
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
- To provide coaching and mentoring to the team in order to improve operative efficiency.
2. Room Coordinator.
- Good teamwork, result oriented and good communication skill.
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
- Experienced in same position minimum 1 – 2 years, in related position.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and hard worker.
- Leadership skills
3. Fixed Assets.
- Minimum 2 years experience in related position (in asset management and complete articles).
- Passionate and proffessional attitude is a must.
- Able to work under pressure, individual and team.
- Hard work and energetic.
- Job Desk: Finance and Administration, the incumbent will ensure effective and efficient execution of the Organisation’s asset management through the maintenance of information and recommendation of changes to the system. The appointee will also be expected to develop and maintain relevant policies and procedures and ensure good relationships and communication with external suppliers, corporate and plant personnel to ensure a high level of customer service. Sharp financial acumen is a given, along with strong problem-solving and analysis skills and working knowledge of standards, related implementation guides and applicable legislation.
