1. SALES MARKETING MANAGER.
Responsibilities :
- Making schedule promo and design.
- Implementation of annual marketing and event plans, make sure the high qualitiy of operation.
- Coordinate with related departement for promo necessity.
- Prepare the marketing tools /promo for outlet.
Requirements :
- Female.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality prefered/Freash graduated are welcome to apply.
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Good looking, public relation oriented and team player.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Mobile and resilient.
- Full time position available.
- Have wide networking.
- Strong in analytical and strategic / conceptual thinking.
- Innovative and result oriented.
- Strong communication, time management and organizational skills, including strong project management, and presentation skills.
- Can create and develop brand awareness, promotion plan and giving innovative idea for promotions.
- English capability is a must.
2. STAFF CASHIER.
Responsibilities :
- Handle cash transactions with customers.
- Scan goods and collect payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets.
- Redeem stamps and coupons.
- Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments.
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
- Keep reports of transactions.
- Bag, box or wrap packages.
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales.
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
- Sales skills.
- High school degree.
